Terms of Service

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Universal Inc., operating through its Coach Sites brand. They govern use of the Coach Sites website, free website offering, paid plans, website development services, and related features. By signing up, purchasing a plan, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use Coach Sites for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

Coach Sites provides website solutions and optional business growth services for coaches. Offerings may include free website setup, website design and development, custom domain options, lead capture, contact management, CRM and pipeline setup, email/SMS automation, booking tools, reminders, and optional AI features. Features depend on the selected plan and service description.

The free starter website includes only features described on the Coach Sites website at sign-up. Additional features, services, integrations, domain expenses, third-party tools, or ongoing support may require a paid plan or separate charges. Signing up for a free website does not automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

Paid plans may include additional website features, lead management, CRM functionality, automation, booking tools, and AI-enabled services. Review plan descriptions, billing frequency, setup fees, and charges before purchasing.

Prices may change. You agree to pay charges for your selected plan. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Applicable taxes are your responsibility. Setup fees are one-time charges where specified. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are charged upfront for the annual period. Annual discounts apply only where displayed. All charges are presented at checkout.

Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing frequency selected at checkout. You authorize recurring charges until cancellation. You may request cancellation through available account or support channels. Unless purchase terms or law provide otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Setup fees and completed services are subject to applicable purchase terms and law.

After sign-up or purchase, Coach Sites may contact you to schedule an onboarding meeting to discuss your business, goals, features, branding, content, structure, timeline, and next steps. You agree to provide accurate information, required materials, timely feedback, and reasonable cooperation. Timelines may depend on receiving materials and approvals.

You are responsible for accurate business information; having rights to submitted images, logos, text, and materials; reviewing website content; ensuring your claims and offers comply with law; providing timely feedback; and maintaining accurate website information. You may not submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive, defamatory, malicious, or rights-violating content.

You retain ownership of original content and materials you provide, subject to third-party rights. Coach Sites, Universal Inc., and licensors retain ownership of underlying software, frameworks, designs, templates, systems, branding, tools, and proprietary materials. Specific plan or service terms may address website files, hosting, domains, software, and deliverables. These Terms do not transfer Coach Sites or Universal Inc. intellectual property to you.

Coach Sites may integrate with hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, CRM platforms, email/SMS providers, scheduling tools, and AI services. Third parties control their own terms, fees, privacy practices, and availability. Additional usage fees may apply for SMS, email, phone, hosting, domains, and AI services.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring lawful use. Do not use AI features for unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or unauthorized communications.

We may send necessary service-related communications about sign-ups, payments, onboarding, appointments, website development, and support. Marketing emails and SMS are subject to applicable consent requirements. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or receiving a free website. Where you consent, message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, and HELP for assistance.

You may not violate laws; infringe rights; harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm others; distribute malicious or unlawful content; interfere with security; attempt unauthorized access; send unlawful communications; misrepresent affiliation; or use services for unlawful or harmful purposes. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect services, customers, or legal interests.

We aim to provide reliable services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, technical, legal, or business reasons. Where practicable, we will notify customers of material changes affecting paid services.

You may stop using services and request cancellation through available support channels. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, nonpayment, security/legal/operational risks, fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or discontinuation. Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, unless immediate action is reasonably necessary.

Services are provided "as is" and "as available," except where law requires otherwise. To the extent permitted by law, Universal Inc. disclaims express and implied warranties. We do not guarantee traffic, leads, customers, sales, revenue, search rankings, or specific business results. Results depend on factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by law, Universal Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Total liability for claims arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service during the relevant period, or, where no charge applies, a reasonable amount. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Universal Inc., its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims and expenses arising from your use of services, your content, your violation of these Terms, or violation of law or third-party rights.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by Delaware law. You and Universal Inc. consent to jurisdiction and venue of state and federal courts serving Kent County, Delaware. Mandatory consumer protections that cannot lawfully be waived remain applicable.

We may update these Terms and post the revised version with an updated Last Updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance except where additional consent is required.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy, together with applicable plan or service-specific terms, govern use of Coach Sites. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without written consent; we may assign them in a business reorganization or transfer, subject to law. Headings are for convenience. Neither party is liable for delays beyond reasonable control, except payment obligations and as required by law.
